Add the chopped bell pepper to the pan and continue to sauté.
Incorporate 2 teaspoons of sweet paprika and 1 teaspoon of oregano into the sautéed mixture.
Deglaze the pan with a bit of white wine to prevent burning and enhance flavor.
Mix the soaked bread and milk into the sautéed mixture, ensuring a smooth texture.
Add the crab meat to the mixture and stir well to combine.
Incorporate cream to achieve a creamy consistency, adjusting as necessary.
Add grated cheese to the mixture for added creaminess and flavor.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish or iron skillet.
Top with additional grated cheese and place in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
