1/2 oz cold brew coffee
1/4 oz maple syrup
1 1/2 oz rye whiskey

Flame the cinnamon stick using a blow torch, stove top, or lighter.

Invert a chilled Coupe glass over the cinnamon stick to absorb the smoke.

In a Boston shaker, add 1/2 oz of cold brew coffee.

Add 1/4 oz of maple syrup to the shaker.

Pour in 1 1/2 oz of rye whiskey.

Add a generous dash of Angostura bitters.

Grate a little cinnamon over the top of the Coupe glass.

Add medium ice to the shaker and shake the cocktail for about 15 seconds to chill and dilute it.
