Start by boiling 10 cups of water in the ninja foodie pressure cooker on high.
In a bowl, mix 3 cups of flour with 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of salt.
Add 3 eggs to the flour mixture and break the yolks.
Gradually add water, starting with about 1 cup, until the dough is well hydrated.
Add 3 tablespoons of sour cream to the dough mixture and mix well.
Once the dough is ready, season the boiling water with 2 tablespoons of salt.
Using a cutting board, pour about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of dough onto it.
Thin out the dough with a bench scraper and push small pieces into the boiling water.
Cook until the noodles float, about 30 seconds, then remove with a large scoop.
Transfer the cooked noodles to a bowl with 4 tablespoons of butter to prevent sticking.
Repeat the cooking process until all the dough is used up.
Garnish with dried parsley before serving.
