250 grams butter
250 grams white promasa
2 pounds peasant cheese
300 milliliters water
150 milliliters milk

Prepare a container for mixing.

Mix 1 kilo of sour cassava starch with 250 grams of butter and 250 grams of white promasa.

Incorporate 2 pounds of peasant cheese into the mixture.

Add 300 milliliters of water and milk (150 milliliters of each) little by little to prevent the dough from becoming too wet.

Continue mixing until the dough can be shaped without sticking to hands or the surface.

For almojábanas, take some of the prepared dough and add 1 egg to it, mixing well.

Standardize the amount of dough to be used, aiming for 30-gram portions.

Form 30-gram balls and shape them into pandebonos or almojábanas.

Grease the tray to prevent sticking and organize the shaped dough separately on the tray.

Preheat the oven to 290 degrees Celsius.

Bake for 10 minutes until ready.
