Pandebono

Originating from the Valle del Cauca region of Colombia, pandebono is a traditional cheese bread made with cassava flour and cheese. 100gm Tapioca flour
50gm polenta
1/2 tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Egg
15ml milk
2 tbsp Feta cheese
1/8 tsp B.P
1/2 tbsp butter

In a bowl add Tapioca flour, polenta, sugar, B.P and cheese combine evenly.

Then add salt, egg & butter to it and using your finger tips combine evenly.

Add milk little by little & form a dough.

Rest for 2 hours.

Divide the dough into small balls & shape.

Bake at 180°C for 18 minutes.
