1/2 red capsicum, finely chopped
2 cups broccoli florets
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sriracha hot sauce
spring onion whites and greens
1-2 eggs (optional)
