Fried Corn on the Cob

Prepare the corn on the cob by removing the husks and silk.

In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley flakes.

In another bowl, beat the eggs and add milk to create an egg wash.

Dip each corn on the cob into the flour mixture, then into the egg wash, and finally coat with panko bread crumbs.

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to the appropriate frying temperature.

Carefully place the coated corn on the cob into the hot oil and deep fry until golden brown.

Remove the fried corn from the oil and drain on paper towels.
