How To Make Delicious Fried Corn

Fried Corn
Cut the corn kernels off the cob and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
In another bowl, pour the buttermilk.
Dip the corn kernels into the buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off.
Coat the corn kernels in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well covered.
In a large skillet, heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.
Carefully add the coated corn kernels to the hot oil in batches, avoiding overcrowding.
Fry the corn for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally.
Remove the fried corn with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Serve hot as a snack or side dish.
