Fried Corn on the Cob

6 Ears of Corn, husks and silk removed
1 cup of Milk
1 Egg
3/4 cup Cornmeal
1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
Vegetable Oil for frying

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Dip each ear of corn into the buttermilk, allowing any excess to drip off.

Roll the buttermilk-coated corn in the flour mixture until fully coated.

Carefully place the coated corn into the hot oil, frying in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.

Fry the corn for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally for even cooking.
