Chicken with Vegetables in Spicy Sauce

Trim excess fat from the chicken breasts and remove any sinew.
In a small bowl, mix paprika, salt, and pepper. Add oil and stir well.
Brush the marinade over the chicken breasts for extra flavor.
Preheat the grill to 200 °C.
Place the marinated chicken on the lower grill rack, leaving space for vegetables.
Avoid placing food on the outer 5 cm of the grill rack as it is hotter there.
Grill the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 65 °C, approximately 20 minutes.
While the chicken grills, prepare the vegetables by washing and cutting the onion, leek, zucchini, and bell pepper into large pieces.
Place the vegetables in a dish and sprinkle with thyme leaves.
Pour the canned tomatoes over the vegetables and distribute the cream cheese around the dish.
Add milk to the dish.
Place the dish with vegetables and sauce on the grill next to the chicken breasts.
If making bulgur, pour boiling water over it in a pot and place it on the grill to cook.
After about 15 minutes, when the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 65 °C, stir the vegetable mixture.
Place the chicken pieces on top of the vegetables and grill everything for an additional 10-15 minutes.
Remove the dish from the grill and garnish with thyme sprigs. Serve with rice or coarse bulgur.
