1½ cups white sauce
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)

Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.

Add the tomatoes, chilli powder, salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute. Keep aside.

Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.

Add the capsicum, cumin seeds powder and chilli flakes and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.

Add the pasta, white sauce, coriander, salt and pepper and mix well.

Pour the pasta in a greased baking dish, spread the prepared salsa on top and spread it evenly.

Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes.
