Grease a 9-inch square aluminum pan.
Break up the dozen donuts directly into the pan.
Melt the vanilla ice cream and mix with 4 beaten eggs to make a custard.
Pour the custard over the donut pieces and let sit for 15-20 minutes to absorb.
Preheat the smoker to 350°F.
Place the pan with donuts and custard on the smoker for 40-45 minutes.
Prepare candied bacon by lining a foil sheet tray with bacon.
Brush bacon with maple syrup and sprinkle with brown sugar and cayenne.
Smoke the bacon at 350°F for 15 minutes, then flip and add more maple syrup and brown sugar.
Smoke for another 15-20 minutes until dark in color and set aside to cool.
Check the bread pudding for a spongy top and 170°F internal temperature.
Prepare the brownies using Reese's brownie mix as per package instructions.
Chop the cooled candied bacon and mix into the brownie batter (about 1/4 to 1/3 cup).
Grease another tray and spread the brownie mix inside.
Smoke the brownies at 325°F for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Prepare the Honey Buns by placing 4 on a foil-lined tray and smoking at 275°F for 15-20 minutes.
