2 potatoes, diced
1 pound okra, sliced
1 medium pumpkin, peeled and diced
1 tomato, chopped
1 Scotch bonnet pepper, optional
salt and pepper to taste
3 cups water or broth
1 cup coconut milk, optional

Rinse and boil salted meat for 15-20 minutes, then set aside.
