Preheat the Crossroad barbecue with all four burners on low for 5-10 minutes, then increase to 300 degrees.
Start cooking the pork sausages and quails, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Add mushrooms and asparagus to the grill after the sausages and quails have started cooking.
Place octopus on the grill after 4 minutes of cooking the sausages and quails.
Cook thin pork steaks on the top grill of the barbecue.
Finish cooking beans that were prepared earlier with red sauce, onions, and celery on the grill.
Plate the cooked dishes, adding parsley and onions for garnish.
Warm pita bread on the grill before serving.
Serve halloumi cheese with a squeeze of lemon.
