Cut the milanesa style steak into thin strips, removing any excess fat.

Add the spice paste to the cut steak and mix well.

Chop onion, tomatoes, and serrano peppers julienne style and set aside.

Blend chopped tomatoes, serrano peppers, garlic, and vegetable broth until smooth.

Heat a skillet and add 1 tablespoon of oil.

Cook the seasoned steak in the skillet for about 8 minutes, allowing it to release its juices.

After 8 minutes, continue to fry the meat for a few more minutes to your liking.

Add the chopped onion and cook for 3 minutes, then add the blended tomato sauce and simmer on low for 10 minutes.
