1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
1 lb chicken
8 oz saltfish
1/4 cup fresh herbs (mixed, for garnish)
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons thyme
1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
3 cloves garlic
1 celery stick (chopped)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons blue bun butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 Maggi Cube
1 tablespoon cook up seasoning
2 cups brown rice
