2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 lemon, juiced
