Combine 1/2 cup buttermilk, 1/2 cup sour cream, and 1/2 cup mayonnaise in a paper bowl.

Add 1/8 teaspoon dried dill, 1 teaspoon dried parsley, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to the bowl.
