Fill a pot with water (more than half of the pot).

Wash all of your ingredients.

Place your beets in the pot for 30 to 40 minutes.

In the same pot, add 3 more cups of water and place your potatoes and carrots inside and let it cook with the beets for an additional 20 minutes.

Peel the beets, potatoes, and carrots then cut them into small pieces.

Place ingredients into a large mixing bowl and add your mayonnaise.

Mix everything together until you reach your desired consistency.

Place your beet salad in the refrigerator until it is ready to eat.
