Prepare the vegetables by hollowing out the tomatoes and zucchinis and finely chopping the onions, garlic, and shallots.

In a bowl, mix the ground pork, veal, and beef with the chopped vegetables, bread soaked in milk, egg, and seasonings (salt, pepper, laurel, and fresh basil).

Stuff the hollowed tomatoes and zucchinis with the meat mixture.

Place the stuffed vegetables in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Dot with a small amount of butter on top.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
