Moroccan Tagine

40 g of Vegetable Oil
2 Green Onions
2 Tomatoes
1 Green Bell Pepper
1/2 tsp of Salt
1 tsp of Curcuma
1/2 tsp of Black Pepper
3 eggs
2 Parsley

Put 1 Onion, 2 Green Onions, 2 Tomatoes, and 1 Green Bell Pepper in a pan.

Add 40 g of Vegetable Oil to the pan.

Turn on low heat and cook for 5 minutes.

Add 1/2 tsp of Salt, 1 tsp of Curcuma, and 1/2 tsp of Black Pepper to the pan.

Crack 3 eggs into the pan and leave for a few minutes.

Chop 2 Parsley and add it to the mixture.
