Drain the juices from the mandarin oranges, crushed pineapples, and chopped peaches.
In a large bowl, combine the drained mandarin oranges, crushed pineapples, and chopped peaches.
Add 3 cups of mini marshmallows to the bowl.
Stir in 1/2 cup of shredded coconut.
Pour in 1/4 cup of whole milk and add sugar if desired.
Add 8 ounces of Cool Whip whipped topping to the mixture.
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to marinate.
After an hour, remove the salad from the refrigerator and serve.
