Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2Cook gnocchi according to package instructions until they float, then drain and set aside.
- 3In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté diced onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- 4Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 5Add diced chicken breast to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- 6Stir in broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes until bright green.
- 7Sprinkle flour over the chicken and broccoli mixture, stirring to combine and cook for 1 minute.
- 8Gradually pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
- 9Remove from heat and stir in cooked gnocchi and half of the parmesan cheese until well combined.
- 10Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
- 11Dot with butter and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- 12Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Instructions
- 1Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- 3Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
- 4In the same skillet, add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
- 5Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until they are tender, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- 6Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- 7Add the cooked pasta and crispy bacon to the sauce, tossing to combine. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- 8Slice the chicken and serve it on top of the creamy pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley.
