Grease a bowl and sprinkle with flour.
Beat eggs lightly in a bowl.
Add yogurt to the eggs and mix.
Sift in 2 cups of plain flour and add 2 tsp of baking powder, mixing well.
Switch to a wooden spoon for mixing.
Add 200 grams of crumbled feta cheese, chopped coriander, and spring onions to the mixture.
Add kalamata olives to the bowl.
Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes.
Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
