8 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 sweet potatoes
1 bell pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Chop sweet potatoes into small pieces.

Chop bell pepper into small pieces.

Add olive oil to a pan.

Add diced sweet potatoes to the pan and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add diced bell pepper to the sweet potatoes and stir.

In a bowl, add 8 eggs and 1/2 cup of milk, then mix together.

In another pan, cook Jimmy Dean Maple sausage, breaking it into small pieces until browned.

Pour the egg mixture into a pan and stir occasionally until cooked.

Combine cooked sweet potatoes, bell peppers, and maple sausage with the scrambled eggs.
