Add jalapeños and cilantro as desired.
Roll up the tortillas tightly to enclose the filling, folding in the sides as you go.
Heat a grill or pan over medium heat; place burritos seam-side down.
Cook until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Serve warm with sour cream on the side.
