Remove one sheet of Pepper Farm puff pastry from the box and let it thaw on the counter for 40 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
Make an egg wash by beating 1 egg with 1 tbsp of water in a small bowl.
Lightly flour your surface and unfold the thawed pastry sheet.
Roll the pastry sheet into a 14-inch square and trim the corners to fit the shape of the cheese.
Spread 1/2 cup of seedless raspberry jam evenly over the pastry, leaving a 2-inch border around the edges.
Sprinkle 1/3 cup of dried cranberries and 1/4 cup of toasted sliced almonds over the jam.
Place a 13-16 inch round of Brie cheese in the center of the pastry.
Brush the pastry with the egg wash mixture.
Fold the pastry over the cheese to cover it completely.
Place the cheese seam-side down onto a baking sheet.
Decorate the top with designs made from pastry scraps, such as leaves.
Brush the top of the pastry with the egg wash mixture.
Bake the Brie at 400°F for 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
Let the Brie stand for 45 minutes before serving with crackers.
