Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Thaw 2 sheets of puff pastry according to package directions.
Roll out the first sheet of puff pastry and cut it into an 8-inch circle.
Set the brie cheese in the center of the pastry circle.
Roll out the second sheet of puff pastry and cut it into a 7-inch circle.
Spread a generous amount of pecan praline sauce on top of the brie cheese.
Bring the edges of the pastry up and over the brie, pinching the seams together.
Brush the edges with the beaten egg to help seal the pastry.
Place the 7-inch pastry circle on top of the wrapped brie and pinch the edges to seal.
Brush the top and sides of the pastry with the egg wash.
Transfer the wrapped brie to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
