Flour the surface to prevent sticking.

Place the brie cheese in the center of the pastry.
Brush the top of the brie with an egg wash made from 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of water.
Spread berry jam on top of the brie.
Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the jam.
Add dried cranberries on top of the walnuts.
Wrap the pastry around the brie, folding and sealing the edges tightly.
Cut off excess pastry and keep it for decoration.
Brush the entire wrapped brie with egg wash for a golden finish.
Create decorative shapes with the leftover pastry and attach them to the wrapped brie with egg wash.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
