Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Lightly flour the surface and roll out the puff pastry until large enough to enclose the brie.
Place the brie cheese in the center of the rolled-out puff pastry.
In a bowl, mix the chopped walnuts and dried cranberries together.
Microwave the honey for a few seconds to make it runny and easier to work with.
Put the brie in the center of the pastry and then add the walnut and cranberry mixture on top of the brie.
Brush the edges of the puff pastry with egg wash.
Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing the edges tightly.
Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place the wrapped brie on it.
Brush the top and sides of the pastry with egg wash.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before cutting into it.
