1 Tbsp Chopped Dark Chocolate, melted (optional)
1/2 Cup Water (sub: Oat milk)
1/4 Cup Quick Oats
1 Cup Spinach Leaves
1 Medium Ripe Banana
2 Tsp Chopped Dark Chocolate
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
¼-½ Tsp Peppermint Extract
1 Cup Ice

Blend the oat milk (or water), ripe banana, spinach, quick oats, honey, cocoa powder, peppermint extract, and ice until smooth.

If using, melt the chopped dark chocolate and mix it in or use it as a garnish.

Serve with a mint sprig and additional chopped dark chocolate if desired.
