Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

1 frozen banana
1/2 cup regular soy milk
1/2 cup frozen soy milk
handful of chocolate chips

Welcome to Smoothie Tuesday, today we're making a mint chocolate chip smoothie.

Run through the ingredients: baby spinach, chocolate mint, spearmint, stevia, avocado, frozen banana, soy milk, and chocolate chips.

Scoop out the avocado and add it to the blender.

Add a nice handful of baby spinach leaves to the blender.

Pour in the frozen soy milk and regular soy milk.

Add the chocolate mint and spearmint leaves to the blender.

Take 2-3 leaves of stevia from the plant and add them to the blender.

Put the lid on the blender and blend for a couple of minutes until smooth and green.

After 1.5 minutes, add a handful of chocolate chips to the blender.

Blend for another 10-15 seconds to mix in the chocolate chips without breaking them up too much.

Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with a little chocolate mint.

Insert a straw and taste the smoothie.
