1.5 lbs chicken thighs
1 medium red onion
2 cups mixed bell peppers (sliced)
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
3 tablespoons harissa paste
3 cloves garlic (minced)
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chicken broth powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Cube the chicken into chunky pieces.

Add a couple of teaspoons of stock powder for flavor.

Add smoked paprika, cumin, and harissa paste to a bowl.

Chop garlic and add it to the bowl.
