1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup barbecue sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Add a 6-7 pound boneless pork shoulder chuck roast to the Instant Pot.

Chop 1/2 onion and add it to the pot.

Add 1 tablespoon of black pepper and 1 tablespoon of salt.

Add 1 cup of chicken broth to the pot.

Add 1 cup of barbecue sauce to the pot.

Add 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce to the pot.

Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set it to sealing.

Set the Instant Pot to manual and cook for 90 minutes.

After cooking, let the Instant Pot do a natural release.

Once the pressure is released, remove the lid and take out the pork.

Shred the pork using two forks, removing excess fat as needed.

Return the shredded pork to the Instant Pot and mix it with the juices.
