2 lbs pork shoulder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp spicy brown mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
4 hamburger buns
2 multigrain ciabatta rolls

Place the pork loin in the crock pot with the fat side down and let it cook overnight or all day.

Prepare the barbecue sauce by combining 1 cup of spicy brown mustard, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of onion, 2 tablespoons of butter, and 1 cup of apple cider vinegar in a pot.

Add approximately 1 tablespoon of chili powder and a few shakes of cayenne pepper to the sauce, adjusting to taste.
