2 lbs pork roast butt
2 tbsp flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tbsp slap your mama creole seasoning
1 tbsp tony's creole seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup salsa
1 medium onions
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup coca-cola
4 Pepperidge Farm hearty white hamburger buns

Clean the pork roast butt and remove excess fat.

Poke holes in the pork roast and season with goya packet, tony's, slap your mama, black pepper, and brown sugar.

Rub apple cider vinegar into the meat for flavor.

Heat olive oil in the insignia pressure cooker and sear the seasoned pork roast.

Add chopped onions to the cooker after searing the meat.
