Slow-Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches Recipe

Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to create a marinade.
Place the pork shoulder in a roasting pan and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it is well coated.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 3-4 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before shredding it with two forks.
In a separate bowl, mix the shredded pork with the barbecue sauce until well combined.
Toast the hamburger buns lightly on a skillet or grill.
Assemble the sandwiches by placing a generous amount of the pulled pork on the bottom half of each bun, and top with coleslaw if desired.
Place the top half of the bun on the sandwich and serve immediately.
