Grab a mixing bowl.
Gather all ingredients: brown sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, rosemary, granulated garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and chicken breasts.
Measure and add 3/4 cup of brown sugar to the mixing bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of olive oil to the bowl.
Pour in 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar.
Eyeball and add 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard to the mixture.
Take 2 teaspoons of whole rosemary leaves, crush them in hand, and add to the bowl.
Add 2 teaspoons of granulated garlic to the mixture.
Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt to the bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper to the mixture.
Pour in 1/4 cup of soy sauce.
Add 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce to the bowl.
Add 1/8 cup of lemon juice to brighten the marinade.
Stir the marinade well to dissolve the brown sugar, stirring for a while and then walking away to let it dissolve completely.
Prepare a bowl to catch any leakage from the marinade bag.
Take the chicken breasts, leaving some fat on, and place them in a zip-top bag.
Pour the marinade into the bag with the chicken.
Seal the bag almost completely, squeeze out as much air as possible, and finish sealing it.
Massage the bag to ensure the marinade coats all pieces of chicken.
Place the bag in the refrigerator to marinate until ready to grill.
