Add trahana and reduce heat to a simmer; cook until trahana is tender, about 10-15 minutes.
Season with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes to taste.
Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley just before serving.
Serve hot, garnished with diced cucumber and crumbled feta cheese.
