Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a bowl, combine 450 g of cake flour, 200 ml of room temperature milk, 2 egg yolks, 150 g of melted butter, 0.5 tbsp of sugar, a pinch of salt, and 2 packets of instant yeast.
Mix until just incorporated, being careful not to overmix to avoid gluten development.
Let the dough sit in a warm spot for about an hour or until it doubles in size.
In another bowl, crack 4 eggs and add fresh cheese, 2 egg whites, 120 g of sugar, and a little bit of salt.
Mix until smooth.
Roll out the risen dough on parchment paper until it's slightly larger than the baking tin.
Place the dough in the tin, folding the excess over the filling later.
Add the cheese filling to the dough in the tin and level it out.
Let the cake rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before baking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
Let the cake cool before cutting and serving.
