Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Add one box of devil's food cake mix to a mixing bowl.
Add 1/4 ounce box of chocolate instant pudding to the cake mix.
Add 3 eggs to the mixture.
Add 1/3 cup of vegetable oil to the mixture.
Add 1 cup of water to the mixture.
Mix everything together until well combined, using a spatula to scrape any extra batter.
Spray the Bundt pan with baking spray.
Pour the mixture into the Bundt pan and smooth it out with a spatula.
Tap the pan on the counter a few times to ensure the mixture is even.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until the cake is set and a tester comes out clean.
While the cake is baking, prepare the chocolate glaze by adding one 16-ounce container of heavy whipping cream to a bowl.
Stir the cream with a spatula for a little while.
Add 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips to the cream and mix until completely melted.
After 30 minutes, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
Flip the cake out of the pan onto a serving plate.
Pour the chocolate glaze on top of the cake.
Optionally, top the cake with white chocolate chips.
