Grab a large bowl and add in 120 grams (1 cup) of self rising flour.

Add 100 grams of Greek yogurt to the bowl.

Add some salt to the mixture.

Mix the dough with a spoon until crumbly, then use your hands to knead for 2-3 minutes to develop gluten.

Roll out the dough on a 16-inch pizza pan lined with parchment paper, sprinkling flour to prevent sticking.

Preheat the oven to 450°F.

Trim the excess parchment paper and pre-bake the crust for around 10 minutes.

Prepare the toppings: use 80 grams of tomato sauce, 56 grams of light mozzarella cheese, and 17 slices of turkey pepperoni.

After pre-baking, flip the crust and bake for an additional 5 minutes to achieve a golden brown color.

Remove the crust from the oven and add a layer of tomato sauce, followed by cheese and turkey pepperoni.
