Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, combine yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and sour cream until smooth.

Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon together.

Sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture over the batter in the pan.

Pour the remaining batter over the cinnamon layer and spread evenly.

Sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon mixture on top of the second layer of batter.

Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon mixture into the batter gently.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Once the cake is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.

Drizzle the glaze over the warm cake before serving.
