1.2 kg de pommes de terre
30 cl de crème fraiche

Cuire les lardons, les égoutter, et réserver

Faire fondre les oignons et réserver

Eplucher les pommes de terre, les laver, les couper en rondelles de 3 millimètres, les cuire dans de l'eau bouillante, salée, pendant 5 minutes, les égoutter et réserver

Monter la tartiflette en alternant les couches de crème, pommes de terre, oignons, lardons, reblochon et on recommence.

Terminer par une couche de pommes de terre + reblochon et verser le reste de crème

Cuisson au four à 180°C pendant 30 minutes (jusqu'à ce que le reblochon gratine)
