Shred the cabbage and set aside in a bowl.

Dice the green onion.

In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage, carrot, diced green onion, eggs, salt, black pepper, paprika, and olive oil.

Add 1/4 cup all purpose flour and mix well.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Scoop some batter into the pan and fry for 3-5 minutes.

Flip over and fry for another 2-3 minutes until done.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve with 2 tbsp sour cream mixed with 1 tsp soy sauce and 1/8 tsp hot chili sauce.
