Add diced tomatoes and green bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.
Incorporate the native chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
Season with spices, salt, and black pepper, then add a splash of water to create a stew.
Cover and simmer until the chicken is cooked through, about 20-25 minutes.
Add managu leaves to the stew and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
Serve the brown ugali alongside the chicken stew and managu.
