Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
Add warm water and milk to the dry ingredients.
Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Divide the dough into equal pieces and shape into rolls.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover the rolls and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
Brush the rolls with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
