1 tbsp Smoked paprika powder
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Salt & black pepper
Olive oil
1 Big white onion
1 Big red bell pepper
3 Garlic cloves
2 tsp Dried oregano
1 cup Sun dried tomatoes
1½ tsp Tomato paste
450 ml Chicken stock
150 ml Heavy cream
50 g Parmesan cheese
½ tsp Salt & black pepper
100 g Baby spinach

Mix on a plate flour with smoked paprika powder, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.

Cut the chicken breast horizontally in half so you will have 2 thick pieces. 8 pieces in total.

Heat up a pan with olive oil.

Cover the chicken in flour and cook the chicken till golden brown.

Finish the chicken in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 8 minutes.

Cut white onion and red bell pepper in long strips.

Add olive oil to the same pan and cook the onion and paprika.

Add dried oregano, garlic and sun dried tomatoes. Cook this.

Add tomato paste and cook this till it starts to burn a little bit.

Deglaze the pan with chicken stock and mix this.

Add heavy cream and mix this.

Add grated parmesan cheese and mix this.

Add salt and black pepper and mix this.

Add baby spinach and cook this in the sauce and let the sauce reduce for 5 minutes on medium high heat.

Add the chicken back to the pan.
