1

Prepare the homemade sauce by adding 1 cup of bone broth, 1/4 cup of tamari, 1 and 1/2 tbsp of garlic Sriracha, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, and 2 tbsp of raw honey in a bowl and mix together.

2

Thinly slice 1 and 1/2 lb of top sirloin steak and place it in a bowl.

3

Drizzle the steak with extra virgin olive oil and season with 1/2 teaspoon each of oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

4

Wash and cut 4 bell peppers (2 red, 2 green) and 1 brown onion.

5

Combine 3 tbsp of air root powder with 3 tbsp of cold filtered water in a container, cover, and shake to activate the air root powder.

6

Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.

7

Once the pan is hot, add the steak and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until nicely seared, then remove from the pan.

8

Lower the heat to medium, add 1/4 cup of bone broth and the chopped veggies to the pan, season with a pinch of salt, and cover with a lid to soften the veggies.

9

After a few minutes, add the prepared sauce to the pan, shake the air root powder mixture before adding, and combine well.

10

Increase the heat slightly to activate the thickening agent, then lower to a simmer and return the beef to the pan.

11

Top with 4 slices of mozzarella cheese, cover with tin foil to melt the cheese, and cook until melted.
