Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a wok pan, and stir the spinach, cooking for 2-3 minutes. Drain and squeeze out the spinach, then set aside in a bowl and season with salt, sesame seeds, green onions, and minced garlic.

In a large bowl with rice, add the assorted vegetables, Bibimbap sauce, and the egg on top of the rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and oil, then mix all the ingredients in the bowl and enjoy!
